What are self-limiting beliefs? Do we all have them? We all have self-limiting beliefs to an extent and they prevent us from reaching our best self. If we break through, anything is possible.  We often limit ourselves based on rights, duties, abilities, permissions, and even other people. We have limits about what we can and cannot do. We unfairly judge ourselves with low or high expectations. "I'll never be that smart. I can never look like that. I'll never make that much money."
