Dreamers

I know you have a dream. A dream to create a change you want to see in the world. You've been holding onto that one idea, waiting to execute. Now's the time.

The journey of entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. It's a journey of ambition, passion, and desire that will force you to question your purpose and will. It will push you to the limits of your sanity, but the reward is priceless.

It's ok to fail. Mistakes, wrong decisions, and lapses of judgement will happen. We are supposed to fail. The key is to fail fast and learn faster. When we fall down, we get back up and try again with a new strategy. All it takes is one success to outweigh all of our failures.

It's going to be harder than you think. The road to creating your dream will not be easy. Challenges are going to test you every day. The journey will take longer than you expect. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Be around the right people. Surround yourself with people who push you to be better. Learn from those who have a specialty in one area. Cut those who take energy from you. For your dream to turn into reality, you need to have support from the right people.

Believe in yourself when no one else does. People will talk behind your back. They'll tell you you're crazy, or that your idea won't work. You may lose friends who aren't on the same path as you. The only thing that matters is that you have a vision you care about and you believe in yourself enough to make it happen. Fight every day and never stop.

"First, think. Second, dream. Third, believe. And finally, dare." -Walt Disney
